Talent Development (2.0)

Equipping people of color and women with skills for the jobs of the future and high-quality internships and apprenticeships

An inclusive economy requires connecting diverse talent to good jobs in high-growth industries in businesses with inclusive practices. These initiatives are designed to ensure that people who are under-represented in these industries have opportunities to gain the skills and experience required to get good, future-proof jobs. Activities include apprenticeships and high-quality internships (“earn and learn” models) that are industry-aligned, focused on contemporary skills, and paired with comprehensive services and coaching.
